BrokerMotion ("we", "us") is a marketing agency based in Tunisia. This page explains what information we collect through brokermotion.com, why we collect it and how we look after it.

• Contact form: your name, company, work email, the service you're interested in and your message.
• Direct contact: anything you send us by email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp.
• Site statistics: anonymous, aggregated visit data (pages viewed, country, device type). We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
• Brand preview: if you upload a logo in the "Try it" preview, it stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver and manage our services if you become a client.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

• Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Hostinger hosts our email.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly site statistics.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, or for as long as we work together and any legal record-keeping requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
